The National Installment Lenders Association Political Action Committee (NILA PAC) is a non-partisan PAC that intends to support candidates for federal elective office, national political parties and other organizations that take a constructive approach to political and policy issues of importance to the National Installment Lenders Association.
All contributions to the PAC are voluntary and you may refuse to contribute without any reprisal. The PAC will not favor or disadvantage you by reason of the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute.
Contributions to the PAC are not deductible for federal tax purposes.
Contributions to the PAC must be made by US citizens or foreign citizens who have been admitted to the US as permanent residents. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
Contributions from incorporated individuals or businesses are prohibited.
The maximum allowable contribution under federal law is $5,000 per individual family member per year. You are free to contribute any other amount than the suggested amount up to $5,000 per year.
Federal law requires political action committees (“PAC”) to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
